Today we start a day by day photo-diary of a big renovation of a bathroom and toilet. This is going to be a great case study, because the “before” version is a 1990’s rather “tired” bathroom, with green tiles and old style.  The toilet, the main toilet for the home, is pretty pokey, and the owners have painted over the green tiles to make them white, but apart from a new toilet and a stainless toilet roll holder, its pretty ordinary. The house is a beautifully located semi-pole house, situated on an acreage in The Gap, in Brisbane.  It definitely deserves to be a million dollar home, but the quality of fit out currently is holding it back, so this bathroom reno is going to be a big step in the right direction for the owners.
